By accessing and using the ELUVI website and learning platform ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our Services. These terms apply to all visitors, registered students, and administrative users.

2. Description of Services

ELUVI provides an online learning management system (LMS) that hosts school-level and campus-level course study materials, live online exams, notice board bulletins, and class Q&A forums. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate academic integrity or these Terms.

4. Academic Integrity and Conduct

As an educational platform, ELUVI enforces a strict policy on academic honesty. You agree that:

• You will complete all live exams, quizzes, and assignments on your own without unauthorized assistance.
• You will not post defamatory, abusive, spam, or copyrighted content on the class discussion Q&A forums.
• You will respect other students and administrative staff coordinators in all communication channels.

5. Intellectual Property

All study materials, lecture handouts, exam questions, and software platform designs on ELUVI are the intellectual property of ELUVI or its content coordinators. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access materials for your own educational use. You may not distribute, reproduce, or sell any materials without written authorization.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ELUVI or its coordinators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform or course materials.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make updates, the "Last updated" date at the top will be changed. Continued use of the platform constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
